Successful applicants will need to:
- Have 3 - 5 years' relevant sales experience in the financial services industry and a certificate in financial planning as a minimum, plus the desire and ability to attain advanced skills.
- Possess a full Financial Planning Certificate (with the ability and desire to gain an Advanced Certificate)
- Be committed to the Bank's culture and values
- Possess great customer service skills
- Have great communication skills both written and verbal
- Be up to date with the present marketplace
- Have a sharp business and commercial insight
- Possess the skills to prioritise tasks according to their urgency and importance, demonstrating an ability to work through issues consistently and accurately
- Be able to identify points for action through systematic and detailed analysis of information
- Have the ability to set their own targets and to ensure they meet deadlines and budgetary requirements
- Be able to quickly and accurately handle numerical information
- Be committed to self-development and learning through both experience and formal training.
